Access to the Village’s services is determined based on the type of care provided and the overall assessment of the applicant conducted by the multidisciplinary team
Residences
The Residential Units welcome individuals diagnosed with mild to moderate Alzheimer’s disease, without severe behavioral disorders and with a good level of autonomy, compatible with their condition.
To apply, it is necessary to complete the form and attach a recent certificate issued by a neurologist or geriatrician from a public healthcare facility (UVA Centre, hospital, Local Health Authority, or CDCD) confirming the diagnosis.
The therapeutic plan or disability assessment certificate alone is not sufficient.
Alzheimer’s daily centre
Access to the semi-residential service is by application submitted by a family member and/or legal guardian.
Admission is open to individuals diagnosed with mild to moderate Alzheimer’s disease, without severe behavioral disorders and with compensated comorbidities.
To apply, it is necessary to complete the form and attach a recent medical certificate issued by a neurologist or geriatrician from a public healthcare facility (UVA Centre, hospital, Local Health Authority, or CDCD) confirming the diagnosis.
The therapeutic plan or disability assessment certificate alone is not sufficient.
Parkinson’s daily centre
The Centre welcomes individuals diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease or parkinsonism, without severe behavioral disorders or decompensated comorbidities.
Individuals in advanced or terminal stages of the disease are not eligible for admission.
To apply, it is necessary to complete the form and attach a certificate issued by a public healthcare facility (hospital, Local Health Authority, or specialist outpatient clinic) confirming the diagnosis.
The therapeutic plan or disability assessment certificate alone is not sufficient.
