In 2024, Fondazione Roma promoted the opening of the semi-residential centre dedicated to people affected by Parkinson’s disease, within the same Village already active since 2018 for people living with Alzheimer’s.

Parkinson’s, the second most widespread neurodegenerative disease, significantly impacts patients and their families, creating psycho-social and care problems.

Our objective is to guarantee a high quality of life, respecting the individuality, privacy and dignity of the person, working in close collaboration with families and local services.

Our model is unique in Italy.
